Clinical Supervision for LPC-As in San Antonio

Virtual options for all of Texas

  • What I look for in an LPC-Associate

    I love working with curious minds and creative personalities! To be a good fit for me, you must be

    * open to feedback

    * have good basic understanding of Texas Behavioral Health Board Rules (we’ll work on this together, too!)

    * have completed and passed your state examination requirements

    * willing to ask questions and express any difficulties you may have during the supervision process

    * willingness to be fully and authentically yourself

    * understand that supervision can be terminated if you are not abiding by state board or ACA guidelines

  • What I provide as a Supervisor

    Aside from being a very cool person on the internet - here’s what I bring to supervision

    * over a decade of experience in the field

    * extensive experience with non-profit, residential treatment, and community mental health

    * experience working with mandated clients (CPS, probation, specialty court referral, etc)

    * fierce commitment to improving your confidence and skill

    * detailed feedback on case conceptualization, documentation, and session tape-scripts when needed

    * realistic expectations based on your experience level (You DO NOT have to be perfect. Now is a time for growth!)

    * open to your ongoing feedback on what I can do to improve your unique supervision experience!

    * I am a goth gamer bookworm nerd who was raised by the internet - so Supervisees who find that relatable are strongly encouraged to train skillsets and level up with me!
