Have you had anxiety ABOUT your anxiety? Has past trauma kept you from enjoying life or pursuing your goals? Ever just felt out of place and unable to connect or figure out HOW you feel? Do you overthink and plan reaching out for support, yet struggle to actually make the leap?
I have forever been an outlier myself, so I welcome all those who have ever felt left-out, excluded, or misunderstood. I would be honored to be a healer that "joins your party" in the quest for mental wellness!
I believe that change is possible for anyone willing to put in the work. I also know that this is easier said than done, especially if you're struggling to find a support system or a counselor that you feel comfortable with and can relate to. Trauma and other mental health concerns impact us in every facet of our lives, not just at work or in our family dynamic. I want you to be able to look forward to working on your mental health goals and see concrete changes in your daily life. Therapy is a serious commitment and can cover some heavy topics, but that doesn't mean we can't work together to make the process more palatable by integrating your special interests into the journey!

EMDR Sessions

Clinical Supervision for LPC-Associates
$75 weekly/ $300 monthly
Online only for Texas LPC-A
Superbills for out-of-network reimbursement can be provided and sliding-scale fees may be applicable based on your income. Please reach out to discuss.
